1. Who we are

The operator of RenderSix.com (the "Website") is the team behind an independent fan portal dedicated to the PlayStation 6 console. The Website is an unofficial project and is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment.

2. What data we process

The Website is a content portal. We process personal data to a minimal extent:

• Analytics data – anonymized IP address, device and browser type, visited pages, time and duration of visit, referral source. Collected via cookies and similar technologies only with your consent.
• Advertising data – cookie identifiers used for ad display and measurement, again only with your consent.
• Contact data – if you contact us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address and message content solely to reply.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We divide them into three categories:

• Essential – necessary for basic site operation and remembering your consent choice. Always active and cannot be disabled. Legal basis is our legitimate interest.
• Analytics – Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. They help us understand how the Website is used and improve content. Loaded only after your consent.
• Marketing – Google AdSense and Google partners. Used for ad display, measurement, and personalization. Loaded only after your consent.

Consent is managed via a certified Google tool (AdSense Privacy & messaging) linked to Google Consent Mode v2. By default analytics and marketing cookies are denied until you give explicit consent in the consent banner. You can change your choice anytime via the Manage cookies button in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.

4. Third parties and processors

For measurement and advertising we use third-party services that may process data as independent controllers:

• Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense. Google as a third party uses cookies (including DoubleClick) to show ads based on previous visits to our and other websites.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. – Microsoft Clarity (behavior analytics and heatmaps).

5. Legal basis for processing

Analytics and marketing cookies are processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Essential cookies and e-mail communication are processed based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing the Website.

6. Retention period

Analytics data is retained for the period set in the respective service (Google Analytics typically up to 14 months). Consent records are stored in your browser. E-mail correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erase data ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing and object to processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. CCPA / CPRA notice for California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, provides additional rights:

• Right to know – what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell/share, and the categories of sources and third parties.
• Right to delete – request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to opt-out of sale/share – we do not sell personal information for money, but the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA. You can opt out by denying marketing cookies in the consent banner or via the Manage cookies button.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information – we do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary.
• Right to non-discrimination – you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise CCPA rights, contact us at info@rendersix.com with subject "CCPA Request". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.

Categories collected in the last 12 months: Internet/network activity (analytics, ad identifiers) and communication data (if you e-mail us). Categories disclosed to third parties: analytics and advertising identifiers to Google and Microsoft for measurement and ad purposes, only with consent where required. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

9. International transfers

Data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA, including the United States, where Google and Microsoft process data. Transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where available.

We may update this policy periodically. For material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally.
